How an order works

An order here is a clear request: “I want this much, on this day, this way”. You don't pay in the app and you're not committed. It just stops the endless back-and-forth of messages.

1. You say what you want. Quantity, when you want it, and how you'll get it (pick-up, local delivery or courier, whichever the producer offers).
2. A chat opens. The producer sees the request with your name and phone number, and replies in the app or calls you.
3. They say yes or no. If they don't reply within 48 hours, the request expires by itself, so you're not left waiting.
4. You sort out the practical details. Final price, time, place. Payment is between the two of you, in whatever way you agree.
5. It's handed over. The producer taps “Delivered” and you confirm “yes, I got it”. Only then is the order closed and you get points.

Why you need an account

So the producer knows who they're talking to, and so nobody can send fake requests. All it takes is a name, a mobile number and a password, nothing else. If you don't want an account, just call, or leave your details with “have them call you”.

Cancellations

You can cancel while the request is still open. If you don't turn up at an agreed meeting, the producer can note it: reliability counts on both sides. No fines, no charges: we don't handle money.

Safety

Never pay in advance into an unknown account before you've agreed everything. If something goes wrong, tap “Report” in the chat. Reports are read by real people.
