1. What Χωριάτικο Καλάθι is
Χωριάτικο Καλάθι is an online service that lets food producers publish listings for their products, and lets visitors view them, contact the producers and publish reviews. The service is provided free of charge, with no subscription and no commission.

2. We are not a seller
We do not sell products, we do not collect money and we do not deliver. Every agreement, payment and delivery takes place directly between the visitor and the producer, without our involvement. The details in listings (price, quality, availability, legality) are declared by the producer and are the producer's responsibility. We do not guarantee their accuracy.
3. Using the service
- Browsing and contacting producers do not require an account. A buyer account is optional and free, is there only for convenience (favourites, contact details), and you can delete it whenever you want. You declare that the details you enter are your own and true.
- Automated collection of data (scraping), sending unsolicited messages to producers and any unlawful use of their details are prohibited.
- Publishing content that is false, offensive or unlawful, or that infringes the rights of third parties, is prohibited.
4. Orders, chats and points
- An “order” is a request to the producer, not a purchase from us. We do not collect money, we do not hold deposits and we do not guarantee that it will be carried out. The contract of sale is made directly between you and the producer, on the producer's own terms.
- A chat is about that specific order. Offensive, advertising or unlawful messages are prohibited. Every chat has a “Report” button.
- Points and badges are recognition, not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred and have no value towards third parties. They are given only for confirmed pick-ups and referrals, never for reviews. See the Points and rewards page.
- Any “stamp card” gifts are offered and given by the producer themselves. We only count completed orders; we are not responsible if the producer does not keep their promise, but we want to know about it: write to us.
- We may cancel points that came from false or fake orders.
5. Reviews
Reviews are the opinions of the people who write them. They are published under the name the author gives. How we check them is described on the “How we check reviews” page. False reviews, reviews given in exchange for something, and reviews by the producer themselves or by their competitors are prohibited. By publishing a review you give us permission to display it on the service.
6. Reports and removal of content
Every listing, stall and review has a “Report” button. We examine reports carefully and promptly. If we remove content or suspend an account, we inform the person concerned with a clear statement of reasons, provided we have their contact details, and they can ask for the decision to be reviewed at info@greenshield.gr. We do not use automated decision-making to remove content.

8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from transactions between users and producers, for interruptions to the service, or for content uploaded by third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. Greek law applies; the courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the provisions that protect consumers.
