What may be sold
This is a translation for convenience. The Greek text is the one that applies.
A practical guide, not legal advice. The producer is responsible for the legality of their products. To be sure, ask the DAOK (regional office for agriculture and veterinary services) of your region, or our agronomist.

In every case
- Small quantities and home food production are local by nature. Sending them by courier all over Greece is not always allowed. Ask your DAOK.
- In the listing for a processed product, write the ingredients and allergens. It's a legal obligation (Reg. 1169/2011) and it shows you're serious.
- “Organic” needs a certificate. Without one, write “unsprayed” or “no fertilisers”, whichever is true.
- Payments are made between you and the buyer. The tax obligations (the farmers' special receipt, purchase invoice, etc.) are yours.
