Points and rewards
Simple and fair: you get points when you really buy from producers. Never for reviews, never by luck.
How you collect points
| What you did | Points | When it counts |
|---|---|---|
| Completed order | +10 | When the producer taps “Delivered” and you tap “I got it” |
| First order from a new producer | +5 | Once for each producer |
| You created an account | +5 | Once |
| You brought a friend | +20 | When your friend completes their first pick-up (up to 5 every six months) |
| Review | 0 | Never. Rewarding reviews is against the law and distorts the truth. |
So there's no way for anyone to “pump up” their points: one order per producer per week counts, and it always needs confirmation from both you and the producer.
Levels
Your level shows in your account and next to your reviews: it shows there are real purchases behind the words.
The gifts: the stall's stamp card
Every producer can make their own card, like at the village café: “on the 5th order, a free jar of honey”. The gift is chosen and given by the producer, by hand, when you collect. We only keep the count; we don't collect or pay anything. You can see your cards in your account.
What we don't do
- Your points don't expire and we don't devalue them retroactively. If we change anything, it will apply from then on and we'll let you know.
- There are no prize draws and no lucky prizes. Whatever you earn, you earn by fixed rules, not by chance.
- Points are not money: they can't be exchanged for cash and can't be transferred.
- We don't sell your data and we don't give your phone number to any producer unless you ask us to.
Rewarding people for publishing a review is prohibited (Law 4933/2022, Article 9f of Law 2251/1994, on unfair commercial practices). We invite everyone who completes an order to write a review, positive or negative, with nothing in return.
